Exhaust for Nico2k4 trucks

Hello everyone!
New update has come, what's new:

- 1.27 ready.
- Reworked "emblems" - add more variants & some new. (Together now is: 198 + 3 empty)
- Changing emblems numbering - You must re-select the correct one.
- Added support to:
- 8 × 4 chassis for Scania R & Streamline by SCS
- MAN TGX 2010 by XBS
- Volvo FH16 Classic Heavy Duty Addon by BlackBloodRum
- Ability to use oval signs in:
- DAF XF 105 Improved by AlexeyP
- Scania Mega Mod by Vinzel
- Volvo FH16 Classic by ohaha
- Volvo FH16 2012 by Eugene
- Volvo FH MK1 by CyrusTheVirus
- Few small fixes.

You can find them in the exhaust left and right.
Tested on 1.27.2.4. Older versions - NOT tested !!!
