Dash GPS Displays – 1967 Mustang (Road Trip: Ford)

The 1967 Mustang Fastback never came with a screen, but this mod adds one the way you would in real life: an aftermarket touchscreen GPS unit sitting in the tray on top of the dash. Two sizes are available – a 7" display and a wider 9" display – each with four pages: Navigation showing a live map with your speed, the speed limit, ETA, clock, heading, and outside temperature; a full-screen Map view with the speed limit; a Home page with trip meter, clock, heading, and temperature; and a Standby screen featuring a dusk road scene with the clock, heading, and temperature. Switch pages using the game's Infotainment Display Mode control (Options > Keys & Buttons), the same one that cycles the built-in screens in newer vehicles. Find the units at any service or upgrade shop under Interior Accessories > Dashboard Panel Items. Speed and temperature follow your game settings (mph or km/h, °F or °C), and the ETA shows the remaining driving time to your final destination in hours and minutes. The media card and app icons on the Home page are decorative only. The mod replaces one small Mustang interior definition file to give the car a navigation screen.
