Different Lenses of Traffic Lights

The mod adds different traffic light lenses depending on the country and changes their glow.

Updated countries: Switzerland, Russia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Germany, England, France, Austria, Italy, Slovakia, Belgium, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey

Some cartographers use default traffic lights in other regions, which may lead to their change.
