Engine and Sound Mod

This mod completes the engine line-up towards the top. It will be for all trucks (except Volvo Fh 16 2012) added new engines. The motors have 700 - 1700 hp, depending on what is already available for engines. The motors are available at level 0.

In addition, the interior sound is amplified and is louder. The turbocharger was also made sound louder with some trucks.

Works with ETS 2 Version 1.9.XX and 1.10.XX
