Explosive charge with load securing

The mod simply adds only tension belts added to the standard trailer from SCS. So nothing major, makes the whole but realistically I think. All there is also not to say.

It depends on the webbing partially comic coloring, which is due to the strange shadow models of SCS in this trailer.
