Hills Map v1.0 - Spintires: MudRunner

The card is converted from version 03.03.16.

Added random spawn machines, changed the landscape and roads.
On the map there is a garage (closed), refueling, sawmilling, loading point, four sawmills.
At the start of the car are replaceable, but the story can change on the opening of the garage.
