Mack Anthem ETS2

Here is the Mack Anthem for ETS2 1.32, edited and tested.

The original MOD of: FRANCK_PERU, YEKKO YEK, y otros

was edited and optimized by HARVEN. (MACK Anthem "fix v1.1.1 by Harven)

Since this did not seem to work under ETS2 yet, I have from the MOD:

* KENWORTH T680 1.31.x V2.0 * from Lexx

missing files supplemented so that the MOD is executable.

Now the Mack Anthem finally works well with ETS2 in version 1.32.3

Originally were (at least for me), the left rearview mirror for the hood, the shading of the truck and the display of the board computer faulty.
