Realistic Tire Wear

This mod makes tire wear irreversible once tires reach 100% wear after approximately 124,000 miles, just like in real life. Tire wear still depends on the tire model used, and an additional penalty is applied once mileage exceeds 60% of the tire's lifespan. Compatible with almost all versions of the game.
