Realistic Truck Wear

This mod overhauls the in-game damage and wear system to provide a far more realistic trucking experience.

Key Features:

• Truck wear parts need to be restored much earlier (around 1,600,000 mi).
• Engine and transmission issues appear much later (800,000 mi and 500,000 mi respectively).
• Introduced tire retreading through the wheel repair option – retread truck tires every 250,000 mi and trailer tires every 400,000 mi.
• Wheels wear down much more slowly and only need replacement after roughly 750,000 mi.
• Repair prices reflect real-world maintenance and repair costs for a semi truck, including insurance expenses.
• New maintenance intervals: a service is required every 50,000 mi, signaled by part wear levels.
• Adjusted thresholds for vehicle condition warnings and fines to match the new wear behavior.
• Completely reworked coinsurance and deductible system – the deductible is removed and the player share of repair costs is significantly higher, especially after accidents.

Notes:

• Not compatible with other mods that also alter damage data.
• When added to an existing save game, some changes will only take effect on the next in-game day.
