Realistic Car Prices
This mod adjusts the prices of many car mods in the mod dealership to match realistic market values. It does not alter the vehicles themselves – only the pricing logic that the game uses to calculate their value.
Why does it matter? If immersion matters to you, it just doesn't make sense that a Rolls-Royce Phantom costs only ~56,000 € while a humble Ford Focus costs twice as much. Since ETS2 calculates prices from engine specs, transmissions and other upgrades, finding the right values was a challenge – but the result speaks for itself.
Modded cars now cost roughly what you would actually pay for them on the real market. The newer the model, the closer it will be to MSRP. For older vehicles, a few exceptions apply where rarity increases the value – because rare means valuable, simple as that.
