Santiago de Compostela Added V17

This is the seventeenth version of this map. In this update, the first phase of the creation of Pontevedra has been carried out. In addition to building the outskirts and access areas to the city, most of the morphology and urban landscape have been developed, leaving everything ready for a second phase to add companies, workshops, garages, dealerships, hotels, a recruitment agency or bus station, along with definitions and other elements that will turn Pontevedra into a new city on the map. Various older areas of Santiago de Compostela have also been rebuilt to increase the level of realism while optimizing the map. This includes the access from the AP9 motorway, San Cayetano with its bus station and the administrative buildings of the Galician government, the Tambre industrial park, and the Romaño area along the road to Santa Comba. No errors or warnings in the game.log. Completely clean and well optimized, running smoothly even on lower-end computers. Corrected and adapted for version 1.61, though it also works with previous versions.
