In general this mod decrease income. For longer and harder start game

Recruit driver only with perk Long Delivery and ADR. 

Otherwise, they, long time, will work in negative income.

Recomended mods for Police Blink Always On. Otherwise too much fines %)

- set GPS simulation speed to 65km/hr;

- correct income AI drivers;

- correct Your income;

- increased total cost penalty per 1% of damage;

- increased interest rate of bank;

- delete regulated ferry prices;

- special cargo increas income;

- update for last dlc and version of game;

- added quantity of levels to 70.
