Straw, hay and wilted grass only travel well once a baler has packed them. This section holds trailed balers for FS25, the machines that follow the tractor, pick up the windrow and drop it as round or square bales.
Round, square or baler-wrapper combination?
- Round balers: Fixed-chamber machines like the Claas Rollant 455 RotoCut produce one size; variable-chamber models such as the Claas Variant 360 or McHale V6750 let you choose the diameter.
- Large square balers: The Krone BiG Pack 1290 and the CNH big balers turn out stackable bales that fill a truck better.
- Baler-wrapper combinations: The Claas Rollant 455 Uniwrap, Göweil G-1 F125 Kombi and John Deere C441R wrap each bale in the same pass, ideal for silage.
- Small bales and vintage: The Claas small bale pack, Welger RP 235 or Sipma Z224 for farms that stack by hand.
Fendt and Krone packs and the Pöttinger Impress round out the lineup. After baling you need a wagon from the bale transport section. Loose forage is gathered with a forage wagon instead; the whole group sits under trailers.
Browse balers by bale shape
Balers are now separated by the shape of the bale they produce. If you want round bales for silage or straw, pick Round Balers. For large rectangular bales that stack and transport well, there are Square Balers.
