In real-life farming, not every farmer owns all the land they work – a significant portion is typically leased. This mod brings that mechanic to Farming Simulator and lets you expand your farm without paying the full purchase price upfront. After installing the mod, an additional 'RENT' button appears in the standard land purchase menu. Simply select the desired plot, confirm the contract, and you'll gain the ability to farm that land right away. How the rental works:

Upon signing a contract, a one-time down payment of 10% of the total plot value is required.
After that, rent is automatically deducted from your account each in-game month at a rate of 0.5% of the total plot value per month.
Example: For a plot worth €500,000, the down payment is €50,000 and the monthly rent is €2,500.

This allows you to start using an expensive field without spending the full purchase amount at once. The mod supports leasing multiple plots simultaneously. When saving the game, all active contracts are stored, and the total rent is automatically calculated and deducted at the start of each new month. Note: Building on leased land is limited, as the plot remains rented and does not fully transfer to the player's ownership. This is the first public release, tested in standard single-player mode and currently running stable.
