Advanced Drivetrain

Advanced Drivetrain is a clean, lightweight script that enhances your vehicle's drivetrain control. It adds 2WD/4WD switching and front and rear differential lock management without touching tyre wear, grip, tread, tyre size, pressure or mud physics.

Features:
- 2WD and 4WD switching, including permanent 4WD for tractors that require it.
- Front and rear differential locks.
- Automatic 4WD and diff lock engagement based on in-game wheel slip.
- Separate engagement and release thresholds to stop constant on/off cycling.
Default thresholds:
- 4WD: engages at 15 % slip, disengages at 6 %.
- Rear diff lock: engages at 30 %, disengages at 16 %.
- Front diff lock: engages at 40 %, disengages at 20 %.
- Diff locks automatically disengage when travelling too fast, braking hard or steering sharply.
- Full manual override available at any time.
- Controls shown in the F1 help menu and rebindable in the settings.
- Small HUD overlay displaying drive mode, wheel slip and diff lock status.
- Supports different wheel configurations, including twin wheels and extra axles.
- Multiplayer support – the host controls the drivetrain state.
- Per-vehicle XML settings for custom slip thresholds.

This mod is designed to coexist with your existing tyre, mud and traction mods like „Use Up Your Tyres" – it focuses purely on drivetrain management.
