description

The "Advanced Silage Types" mod globally enhances all bunker silos, biogas plants, and feeding robots with additional silage types. The script introduces the fillTypes GRASS_FERMENTED, CLOVER_FERMENTED, and ALFALFA_FERMENTED, named according to the MaizePlus fillType conventions to ensure compatibility with other mods.

Based on templates from T4xs, all new silage types are processed like standard silage. Stationary productions (BGA) and bunker silos automatically recognize the new silage types as valid inputs, with methane output adjusted for higher-value silage. Feeding robots are also enhanced to accept these new silage types and convert them into the standard forage mixture.

Silos can ferment any supported crop, provided the required fillTypes are registered on the map. Unregistered fillTypes are ignored for maximum compatibility. Additionally, the new silage types are included in silage additives for forage wagons and harvesters. Note: FillPlanes inside the silo may visually differ from those used by the map, but this does not affect functionality.

The script allows users to add their own silage types via an organized table. Special thanks to PfalzAgrar and SirJoki80 for providing the silage textures.

Changelog 1.1.0.0:
- Fixed incorrect name for Silo_Clover
- Fixed incompatibility with PlanET Modulare BGA (Kastor)
- Code improvements
- Changed grass bales from silage to grass silage

Changelog 1.2.0.0:
- Fix for grass bales
- CCM and compost integration to bunkersilos
- Added custom AnimalFood.xml
- Added effects for grass silage (thanks to T4xs)
