How it works

You're not just "Farm 1" – enter your own company or farm name, tax number, and city. This information appears like a real letterhead in the finance section.

Features

• Checking accounts at suppliers: New "Charge to account" button right in the shop. 30–60 day payment terms, 3% early payment discount per month. Works with tractors, equipment, seed, fertilizer, and placeable objects – including items from other mods.
• Two credit lines: Separate limits for consumables ($50,000 starting) and machinery ($100,000 starting). Each item is automatically classified using the shop data. With every on-time payment, your limit grows 15% up to 8x the starting amount.
• Promissory notes against harvests: When your account isn't enough, formalize the deal with an IOU – up to 270 day terms. The cap is double your earned limit.
• Accounts receivable & realistic payments: Sales aren't paid out instantly but settled on product-dependent terms. Occasionally a payment is delayed by 7–21 days – always with a concrete reason and on-screen notification.
• Penalties & limits: A single overdue account drops your available balance to $0. 3% penalty interest per month on overdue amounts. Refinancing available with 15–25% surcharge.
• 3D ATM: Placeable, with deposit, withdrawal, and balance inquiry – keeping cash and bank separate.
• Grain exchange contracts: Commit future grain in exchange for deliveries today, including a cancellation fee.
• Cashflow panel: Five color-coded key figures – Cash, Bank, Committed Funds, Consumables Margin, Machinery Margin – at a glance.
• Event log & sequentially numbered receipts for full transparency.
• Multiplayer and dedicated server compatible, data saved with your game.
