No more instant cash transactions: This mod introduces a complete financial system with current accounts, credit lines, and promissory notes, just like a real agricultural business works.
🏢 Your own company details – Enter your farm name, tax ID, and bank, and assign custom names to every supplier and customer on the map.
🏦 Current accounts – Buy now and pay later with a dedicated button. 30–60 day payment terms and 3% early-payment discount per month.
📊 Two credit lines – Supplies and Machinery are automatically classified by reading the shop data, so fertilizer goes to Machinery and seeds go to Supplies. Your limit grows by 15% every time you pay on time, up to 8× the starting amount.
📝 Promissory notes – Up to 270 days, designed to be paid off with the harvest. Capped at twice your earned limit with penalty interest on overdue balances.
💰 Receivables – Sales settle on terms that depend on the product, with optional direct debit from your bank account.
⚠️ Arrears & seizure – A single overdue account drops your entire credit to $0. Refinancing is available at a 15–25% surcharge, up to twice per debt.
