AR Fertilizer Spreaders

Converted the fs15 AR Fertilizer Spreaders to FS17 and updated the effect to the fs17 ones. After attaching the AR equipment you will need to hit the x key to fold the legs then when getting ready to unattach it you will need to hit x again to unfold the legs then unattach. There is a solid fertilizer spread, a liquid fert spreader, a slurry spreader, and a liquid tank that is seup to hold all liquids. I fixed the ai on the the slurry spreader as in fs15 the ai was overlapping the spray and wasting slurry.
