• Hall 3: A hall with an office extension for agricultural contractors or other uses, priced at €95,000, features 5 gates, 2 doors (left and right), and an attached office building with office furniture and a TV that can be switched on and off. The trigger for the TV is located behind it, and light switches are available in the office and hall.

A solar system option is available for selection. The textures have been completely revamped compared to the previous version. Maintenance costs are €40.
