Automatic Gate

This mod automatically opens gates and doors when a vehicle or player slowly approaches, and closes them after a short delay.

• Approach gates slowly to trigger automatic opening
• Gates close automatically after a few seconds
• New distance detection feature for earlier gate opening
• Ownership check system to control access based on farm ownership

• Manual gate operation remains possible
