Automatic Profit Tax

This mod automatically taxes profits generated from selling crops, products, and property income. Depending on your settings, payments are calculated monthly or quarterly.

The General Settings menu allows you to choose a tax rate of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, or 50%, along with the payment interval. Quarterly payments are made at the beginning of January, April, July, and October and cover the preceding quarter.

Sales of vehicles, equipment, buildings, and land are not taxed. No tax is charged when making a loss. This mod adds a more realistic and challenging economy to your gameplay.
