Better Outdoor Camera

This mod enhances the vehicle's outdoor camera by no longer keeping it rigidly locked to the vehicle. Instead, the outdoor camera dynamically follows the direction of travel and the vehicle's movement, providing a noticeably improved driving experience. After a manual adjustment with the mouse, the camera smoothly re-centers behind the vehicle after a configurable delay. The mod can be toggled on and off at any time during gameplay.
