BGA Realism: Realistic Biogas Plants

BGA Realism replaces the standard biogas plants with a detailed production system based on real process biology. Instead of using fixed recipes, substrates are broken down in the digester over roughly 45 days. Methane output depends on temperature, fill level, mixing, and the substrate blend.

• Custom dashboard with an overview of digesters, tanks, gas CHP units, stirrers, digestate, analyses, and settings
• Commissioning with 500 m³ of starter digestate
• Dosing via the feed bunker or direct slurry injection into the digester
