BMW X5 2004

Here is a converted from LS 15 BMW X5 for download. The 15er model was from clrsjohn (thanks again for the release)

In addition to the conversion from the LS 15, I changed the following:

• Co-driver script for up to 3 players
• admission script
• IC for doors, hood and trunk. Driver's door can also be opened with R from the outside
