Cat D123

Here is the fixed version so it pushes correctly. This is my edit of the Cat Dozer Pack. It now has blade widths for XL and LGP undercarriage options. It is scaled correctly to a D1 but it is close to a D2 and D3. I just cleaned up some things on it. This is not my mod it is just an edit.
