Claas C540 folding cutter

Dear LS friends,

the "Claas C540 Folding Cutter" is a cutting unit for small to medium sized businesses.

Please note: it only fits the Claas Dominator 118 SL from SiiD, Rival and Bluepanther from the modhub of Giants. Furthermore, there is a small time delay when folding up and down, caused by the animated mounting of the PTO on the thresher.

Many thanks to Rival for the release that I was allowed to remove and convert this cutting unit from the Modpack Claas Lexion 430/460.

Many thanks also to PeterAH for the spontaneous multiplayer test campaign. On the one hand, I can now say that the cutterbar works in multiplayer, and on the other hand, there was one or the other idea to the "light". Thanks for that.

The log is error free. If you still encounter errors, please report in the comments so that I can fix them in a possible version 1.1. This is my first mod / conversion, I'm sure there is still something to improve. Rapeseed knife eg. it has not (yet).
