Co-Op Progression System

This mod introduces a 20-level cooperative progression system to the farming ecosystem. Every farm invests to climb the Co-Op ladder, unlocking economic modifiers that companion mods can read through a shared getter API.
Features:
– Server-authoritative purchases via the base game money system
– Level cost scales with the level reached; from L10 onward a net-worth wealth bracket capped at 1.35x applies
– Recurring payments (agronomy report subscription, L14 fleet rebate) settle on the shared time clock
– Modifier getters for worker costs (wages, fatigue), soil fertilizer and the disease/fungicide layer, as well as dairy core systems (vet, logistics, bulk procurement)
– Bridges to StateLedger, NetworkSync, SettingsHub, and Time Guard – all neutral when no companion mod is present
– 26 languages, full multiplayer support, admin-only settings
– Precision Farming not required: PF only disables the fertilizer and fungicide getters while the progression stays fully active
