Topliner 4090 HTS with cutting unit and cutting unit carriage

Fixed issue with the Wear/Specular where the wear turned the entire thresher silver.

The thresher has undergone the following changes:
- Model largely cut up and therefore controllable with IC
- GPS configuration with working minimap (DBL required)
- Dashboard live integration for various parameters and telemetry data (DBL required)
- Reversing and tube cam, configurable (camera system required)
- Color choice
- Reinforcement configuration for wide tires
- Speed increased to 30 km/h and appropriate sticker attached

There may be further updates to the turner.
