Disable Perspective Camera

This script disables the perspective camera for supported vehicles. When the option is enabled, only the interior (cabin) camera views remain available – exterior and orbit cameras are removed from the vehicle's camera cycle. The script saves the original camera lists and fully restores them once the option is disabled, making it easy to switch between cab-only view and the normal camera behavior at any time. The setting is stored in the savegame settings and managed server-side in multiplayer. Passenger seat cameras are also filtered to ensure passengers do not end up in an exterior view that has been removed from the main camera list.
