A script that fundamentally changes the game's economy.
Many farming sessions end in frustration because, after successfully developing the farm, the fun fades away due to excess money. This script lets you increase the game's difficulty gradually rather than throwing you into the deep end right from the start.
Implemented features:
⏺ Farm profitability and the number of years played on the farm affect prices in both directions: the selling price for your products decreases, while the purchase price for goods increases.
⏺ Player actions (cutting and planting trees, plowing) also influence price changes.
⏺ Prices for purchasing and renting equipment will now also change over the course of the game.
⏺ Selling land is cheaper than buying it, and prices fluctuate over game time.
⏺ A differentiated tax system has been added, depending on your monthly income, with a grace period (no taxes are charged during the first three in-game years) and a non-taxable income threshold.
