Employment Mod

Many small farmers are forced to take part-time or full-time jobs to support their farms during tough economic times. This mod allows you to earn extra income by working at various businesses when farming slows down or market prices drop.

Features:

• 22 unique business types – Each production point, factory, and station is its own unique company with individual characteristics.
• 35 unique jobs – Jobs have different salaries, experience/education requirements, and promotion paths.
• Education system – Study and take exams to unlock higher-paying jobs.
• Part-Time Work – Flexible work options without the risk of being fired.
• Experience system – Gain experience over time to unlock better jobs.

Note: Multiplayer not supported due to technical limitations. Most production buildings are supported, but some modded ones may not be.
