Empty Pallet and Box Production

This mod adds a production facility for empty pallets and pallet boxes. Recipes:
Pallets: 2.5 boards + 1 woodbeam produce 1 pallet + 0.5 woodchips (10 cycles/h)
Pallet boxes: 4 boards + 2 planks + 1 woodbeam produce 1 empty pallet box + 0.75 woodchips (5 cycles/h)
Pallets and pallet boxes can also be purchased directly at the production building, even if the production is not owned. Surplus production can be sold at selling points such as the farmer's market. Version 1.2.0.0: Pallets are now compatible with ObjectStorageVisuals. Added a small production facility and pallet storage.
