Too lazy to start the engine and lights manually?

This mod automatically starts the engine when performing actions that require power. Unlike the base game, the engine won't shut off when exiting the vehicle.

Additionally, you can set the lights to turn on automatically when the engine starts.

Changelog:
- Added option to automatically turn on high beam
- Fixed LUA error when a vehicle brand had no name
- Fixed issue where engine stop timer only worked once per vehicle
