Excavator forks

Pallet fork for new platinum DLC volvo excavators will also work with some of the smaller FS-MINER excavators.
These folks have a dual collision setup activated by pressing X to (fold) fold=Pallet grip.
there is also a lifting point on the front loop for use by cranes as requested for RP unloading (please note the crane attachemnt is only for unloading the forks not for pallet lifting use).
