Extended Bunker Silo

This script extends the bunker silos with the handy ability to fully open them. This allows you to refill a silo that has not yet been completely emptied and then close it again to restart the fermentation process. Fully opening a silo resets the ongoing fermentation, giving you full flexibility in managing your silage planning.
