Forester

The Forester mod is a versatile tool designed to replace or remove trees within a configurable radius. It allows you to target specific tree types or modify all trees in the area without the need for manual replanting.

Important: Please save your game before using this tool!

Usage

Press Ctrl + T to open the menu.

Features:

• Select a specific source tree type (or Any)
• Select a target tree type, or choose Random, Random (Weighted), or Delete
• Configurable Random (Weighted) option for custom replacement probabilities
• Options to set tree growth stages, randomize growth stages, or keep the current growth stage
• Undo feature that reverts trees to their previous state

Limitations:

• The Undo feature only reverts the most recent action and may not always restore the correct growth stage
• Trees very close to objects will be ignored
• Trees on rocks, cliffs, or decorative objects will be ignored
• Randomized growth stages are not fully random and prioritize later growth stages
