Gear Max Speed

The Gear Max Speed mod adds a helpful piece of information directly next to the speedometer: the maximum achievable speed in the currently selected gear. Once you enter a vehicle, the script reads the active transmission gear and calculates its theoretical top speed, displayed as e.g. "RUN I-2 | MAX 7KM/H".
