Sidewalk to StreetConstructor

due to the demand as an addition to StreetConstructor (http://www.modhoster.de/mods/streetconstructor): a Staße with sidewalk.

The zip archive enthät an INI file to StreetConstructor and a modified from the road texture "streets_diffuse.dds" Giants of pavement texture.
