Grove 530 E-2 Edit by CFR

The Grove RT 530 E-2, originally by JD Logging and OF Modding, has been enhanced with several new features and fixes:

• Frame color is now selectable.
• Lights have been fixed.
• Extension jib is fully functional (IC on boom, see pictures for reference).
• Added a second "whip line."
• Integrated into the Grove category and Grove controls.
• Hooks now include lift strap nodes.
