Hand Throttle for Tractors

Adds a realistic hand throttle system to every tractor. On tractors with a conventional gearbox, you can choose between setting the throttle position or the engine RPM while shifting normally. With a continuously variable transmission (CVT), speed is controlled in a similar way to the driving lever found in modern tractors. All transmission types also support a maximum engine RPM limit.

The hand throttle and cruise control cannot be used at the same time, similar to cruise control and a speed limiter in a car. When the hand-throttle system is disabled and no HUD is visible, the built-in cruise control or the cruise control from the Vehicle Inspector mod works as usual. When the hand-throttle system is active or paused, cruise control is blocked instead. This allows the same buttons to be used for both functions.

• Increasing and decreasing values have been combined into a single action.
• Keyboard keys, controller buttons and analog axes are supported.
• Action identifiers have changed from HT_* to ETHT_*, so existing key bindings must be reassigned.
