Hydrant and washer

Hy guys!

My friend ModInc gave me his well known hydrant (FS 13), and i added washing-functionality so that you can wash your implements erverywhere without buying a pressure washer!

- placeable (350 €)
- star washing at the hydrant (Key R)
- no compressor sound
