Hydraulic Wear & Failure for Tippable Trailers

This script adds realistic hydraulic wear and a failure mechanic to tippable trailers. Every full lift/unload cycle puts strain on the hydraulic system. The HUD displays the hydraulic status and damage percentage. When the condition drops to 0 %, the trailer body stays raised and the "Repair Hydraulic" option becomes available at the workshop. Partial damage can be fixed with "Service Hydraulic" at the workshop. If the trailer is detached while raised or unloading, the body remains up until it is reattached.
