IHC 1455 FH

I converted this mod from fs 19 to fs22. i also added new features along the way.

V2.7.0.0
-added lights on the interior switches
-added radio with lights
-added light for the plate
-added indicator light for the headlights
-fixed the turnsignal bug as requested

there are a few engine configurations,
-1255=125hp
-1455=145hp
-1455+=180hp

wheel configs
-normal
-wide
-wide2
-narrow
you can also change the rim colors.

beacon configs
-left, right, both or none

design configs
-fenders, yes or no
-stickers, yes or no
-normal or straight exhaust
-options for extra lights
-weights or FH
-different grill/colours
-mirrors yes or no (deselecting the mirrors improves fps on lower devices)

animations
-both doors
-rear and side windows
-roof
-sun visor
