Impact Tree Feller

This mod solves the age-old problem of AI workers getting stuck in trees. Thanks to three toggleable options, the tree is felled upon any impact with a vehicle or attached implement. Optionally, the tree including its stump can be deleted and sold. At the player's choice, any vehicle involved in the impact can also receive 5% damage.
