No real machine works for thousands of hours without grease on the bearings or worn parts being replaced – and that's exactly what this mod simulates.
It introduces realistic maintenance for all towed and non-motorized implements, whether from the base game or other mods. Component detection is fully automatic – no configuration required.
🛢️ Real Lubrication
A grease gun is used to lubricate service points. Standard or premium lithium EP2 grease is available – premium grease extends maintenance intervals. Lubrication is based on actual working hours, and long-term storage may also require greasing before returning to service.
⚙️ Wear by System
Four independent systems are simulated: wear parts, bearings & transmission, hydraulics, and wheels/tires. Each system has its own lifespan. Wear progresses through operation and accelerates when the implement is dirty or lubrication has expired. Condition also affects resale value.
💥 Real Breakdowns
Implements can suffer minor, serious, or critical failures. Depending on the affected component, the machine may stop, refuse to lower or deploy, or operate at reduced capacity. The higher the wear, the greater the risk.
🧰 Field Repairs
A toolbox allows temporary emergency repairs of serious failures right in the field, letting you keep working with limitations. Critical failures require the workshop.
🏭 Your Own Workshop
Place a workbench with a service bay on your farm to perform diagnostics and repairs. Service is available as standard or express and takes anywhere from hours to several days depending on the scope.
🔩 Physical Spare Parts
Diagnostics display operating hours, wear of all four systems, and required spare parts. Servicing requires wear, bearing, hydraulic, or tire kits. A complete service history is stored for every machine.
🏷️ OEM or Aftermarket
Replacement parts are available as OEM or aftermarket variants. Aftermarket parts are cheaper but have shorter lifespans and carry a higher risk of premature failure.

Use an ordering computer to purchase spare parts in your preferred quality and quantity. Delivery takes several days and arrives physically for use in your workshop.
