Improved Work Camera Quality

Improves the display quality of work cameras in vehicles that use cameras from the Mercedes-Benz DLC or the "MB DLC work cameras for all vehicles" mod.

This script makes it possible to display lights and effects on the work camera displays, which would not be possible without this mod. Upon game start, a one-time error regarding missing depth data for rendering the camera image may appear, but it has no further impact on gameplay.
