John Deere P576 & 1870 Air Hoe Drill

The John Deere P576 and 1870 Air Hoe Drill combines pneumatic seeding with hydraulically supported openers for consistent seed and fertilizer depth.

Hydraulic depth control keeps the openers engaged even on rocky, sloping, and uneven ground. A separate hydraulically charged accumulator on the press wheel quickly returns the seed boot to its working position after it has been lifted. This reduces frame stress and power requirements while helping retain soil moisture and promote even crop emergence.
