Added fold out sound

Tank reduced to 12000l.
Added suspension to the axle.
Texture is not perfect because it has shifted through editing in Blender and I am not familiar with it.

Hey, I just registerd here just to say thank you to the author of this mod. It's really cool mod, and it's the only slurry tank with working suspension for FS22 as far as I know.
