No Winter Weeds

This mod blocks weed growth on your fields from September through February, allowing crop residues to stay on the field over winter without being overrun by weeds. From March onwards, weeds will grow normally again. Additionally, you'll receive a $100/ha government bonus at the end of February if you practice no-till farming and leave crop residues on the field to promote soil health.
